Shipping Policy
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.
UK standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days once dispatched.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn & unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return
To start a return, please email info@legacyunited.co.uk with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or pierced jewellery. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the preferred piece.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs in full.
